Inspired by her Fathers interest in marine structures, 9 year old Jo Lytle from County Antrim, Northern Ireland, has built her own Maunsell Sea Tower.
The Blitz of London in WW2 was the subject of her school project and so Jo created the model to accompany a presentaion she gave to her class. It was all a great success, her fellow pupils were fascinated with Jo’s wide knowledge of the Blitz and the Sea Fort story.
Jo and her Dad David have kindly donated the model to Project Redsand.
